Puzzle, Strategy and RPG Games

A match-3 puzzle, two physics flicking games and a turn-based RPG

Four games, developed for clients, that ask players to think: a colourful match-3 puzzle, two physics games where angle and force decide the outcome, and a story-driven role-playing game with turn-based combat.

Representative artwork from the games in this collection, shown as tilted screens on a purple stage — such as the turn-based RPG battle, physics chess, the flick battle and the match-3 board of Indian sweets
Representative artwork recreated in each game's style for this portfolio — not screenshots of the delivered games.

The product

What it does, and for whom

The genres differ, but each game turns a simple input — a swap, a flick or a chosen skill — into a decision with consequences, and builds progression through levels, boosters or a story.

Scope Each client runs its game and its store presence. To keep the clients confidential, the game names are withheld and every image on this page is new artwork recreated in the game's style for this portfolio, not a screenshot of the delivered game.

The games

  1. Festive sweets match-3

Line up three or more matching sweets to clear them, earn special pieces and work through a run of festive levels.

Representative artwork: a match-3 board of Indian sweets — laddoos, barfi, gulab jamun, jalebis — in a purple and gold frame, a goal panel, a moves counter of 18 and booster buttons
    Match-3 puzzle.
  2. Physics chess

Chess pieces are flicked rather than moved: knock the opponent's pieces off the board. Aim and force decide each short duel.

Representative artwork: a floating stone arena seen from above with red chess pieces at the bottom, blue at the top, and a red pawn flicked forward knocking a blue pawn towards the edge
    Physics chess.
  3. Flick battle

An action game played with flicks: protect your own pieces and defeat the enemies with well-aimed shots and power-ups.

Representative artwork: a walled arena with purple discs below and small armoured robots above, one disc flicked into a robot with an explosion, and a row of power-up buttons
    Flick battle.
  4. Turn-based RPG

A story-driven role-playing game: a party of heroes fights turn-based battles against powerful supernatural enemies, with the story told in illustrated panels.

Representative artwork: a side-view 2D battle on a misty plain — three small hero sprites (a swordsman, a woman with a staff, a monk with a spear) facing a winged stone beast, with stacked health and energy bars and four skill buttons
    Turn-based RPG.
